The Wall of Clocks
After p@ssing aw@y, a man arrived at the gates of heaven.
While waiting for his paperwork, he was amazed to see a massive wall covered in thousands of clocks. Strangely, their hands were spinning at completely different speeds—some were moving slowly, while others were spinning like fans.
Seeing his curiosity, Saint Peter walked over and smiled:
– “Every person on Earth has a ‘lie clock’ here. Every time they tell a lie, the hands automatically tick forward.”
– “Every person on Earth has a ‘lie clock’ here. Every time they tell a lie, the hands automatically tick forward.”
The man nodded, then pointed to a clock whose second hand had been completely still for a very long time:
– “Whose clock is that, Holy Father?”
– “Whose clock is that, Holy Father?”
Saint Peter replied respectfully:
– “That belongs to Mother Teresa. Throughout her holy life, she never told a single lie, so that clock has never moved.”

Hearing this, the man immediately thought of his former boss, who was notoriously deceitful. He looked around for a while but couldn’t find it, so he asked:
– “Excuse me, but where is my old boss’s clock? I don’t see it on the wall.”

Saint Peter shook his head with a sigh and pointed to the ceiling:
– “Oh, God borrowed that one for His private office. He said its spinning speed is absolutely perfect to use as a ceiling fan.”
