A man and his wife are in a restaurant, and the husband can’t stop staring at an elderly woman swinging her gin at a neighboring table.
“Do you know her?” his wife inquires.
“Yes,” the spouse sighs. “She used to be my ex-wife.” She started drinking shortly after we separated seven years ago, and I’ve heard she hasn’t stopped since.”
“My God!” exclaims the woman. “Who would have thought a person could keep celebrating for that long?”
