One day an old man, a boy and his donkey went to the town. What followed next was totally unexpected. The outcome will have you laughing out loudly.
It so happened that one day an old man went to town with a boy and a donkey.
As expected the old man held on to the leash of the donkey as the boy rode on the donkey.
As they were going through the market all of the passersby were making comments. All of them kept saying what a poor old man, look the old man is walking while the boy is riding on the donkey.
Listening to the passerby, the old man and the boy thought maybe the critics were correct. Both of them think maybe what they are doing is not right. So, they decide to change their places.
The boy begins to walk as the old man gets on the donkey.
As they begin their walk into the town, a little ahead again the passerby begins to comment.
Now, they all are saying what a shame, the man is making the boy walk.
After hearing the people both of them think this is also wrong, so both of them begin to walk.
A little along the way, again the passerby comment.
Now they are saying, what silly people. They have such a nice donkey with them and they are still walking. They can easily ride on the donkey.
Again along the way some passerby began to comment, poor donkey, look at that man and boy, they have no mercy on the poor donkey.
Getting of the donkey the old man and the boy think maybe they are still wrong. So, they decide to carry the donkey.
As they were walking they came across a bridge. As they were about to cross the bridge, both of them lose their balance and end up falling down into the river along with the donkey.
Moral of the story: If you try to please everyone, you’re bound to fall. Everyone will try to demotivate you, think before you do any action and stay motivated.
