Knowledge will give you power, but good character will give you respect.
When interacting with those around you, you have and can create the power. You have the knowledge, the leadership, you easily hold high positions at work, you have the right to assign others.
You have broad knowledge, good communication skills, you can lead in social organizations. You have the right to make decisions, delegate work, positions to people in the community.
However, just because people follow your orders because you’re a manager doesn’t mean they respect you. You only get their respect when you have a good character.
Good quality is reflected in your kindness to those around you. You are ready to help those who are difficult, sympathetic to difficult situations.
You respect all people and treat them equally, regardless of their social status, rich or poor, high education or not. At that time, everyone will respect and love you.
