It is believed that weddings are one of the most important milestones in a person’s life, with couples preparing months or even years ahead for the special occasion.
While some people opt for a simple wedding, some choose to save up a lot of money or pour all their resources into putting on a lavish wedding – and there’s nothing wrong with it. As long as that will make a person happy, then one should definitely go for it no matter what it takes.
But have you ever imagined seeing a coffin at a wedding? Well, probably not. It may sound weird, but a groom actually arrived at his own wedding inside a coffin – and people have mixed feelings about it, and most of them were negative.
The video shared by one of the attendees at this wedding ceremony shows that the groomsmen and bridesmaids was taking a coffin he was in out of a hearse.
They then walked the coffin down the aisle. A group of men then opened the coffin in front of the guests; then, the groom climbed out of the coffin before he finally stood up.
“Tell me you’re dramatic without telling me you’re dramatic,” the uploader captioned the video. Meanwhile, the text in the video read: “Is this a funeral? No, this is how my friend decided to walk down the aisle.”
In the video, some of the guests can be seen being confused over what they had witnessed.
The video did not show any reactions from the groom or the bride, but some internet users find the video disrespectful.

Some criticized the guy for showing up at his wedding in such a bizarre fashion.
Others say they were the bride, they definitely would have walked out, while again others said they felt embarrassed just by watching the video.
“I would definitely be a “runaway bride,’” one user said. “I’m embarrassed and I’m not even there,” another user said.
Some people made fun of the situation, with some joking about how the guy interpreted the phrase “’ Til de@th do us part” in the most literal sense.
“I guess this is his way of saying it is definitely till death do they part,” one user said.
At the same time, some people couldn’t help but try to look for the bride who did not appear in the TikTok video. Did she ever come to her own wedding? Was she a part of planning the whole stunt?
But others speculate the groom might not have informed the bride about his plans to come to their wedding inside a coffin.
“I need to see the bride,” one user said, adding “because if she isn’t 3x as dramatic as him then I don’t want any of it!”
As of writing, the video has already amassed 8.9 million views on TikTok.
